There is only one place in the world that you can be on the beach, drinking a daiquiri, and see a 900 pound pig named Wilbur walking around...and that my friends, is Ragae Beach. We visited Ragae our first day back on the island. Not only did they have great drinks, but we also enjoyed conch fritters and coconut shrimp...doesn't get much better than that.
Apparently Wilbur was raised by the people that work at the bar on the beach. Not a bad life for a pig...
A pig on the beach was not the only funny sight for us that day. My mom trying to swim to the picnic table in the middle of the sea without getting any water in her beer was also quite entertaining. But, she made it, beer and all.
