A little Logan Christmas

Have yourself a little Logan Christmas....

And that we did :) It was so fun celebrating our second married Christmas together this year. Here were a few things that made this year fun and special:

We had an actual tree....and it was pretty big! Last year we had this little nugget:

And, we actually had ornaments to put on our tree this year! Last year after Christmas I shopped the sales and got a lot of fun things to put around the house and decorate, as well as a few new ornaments. We also got all our old ornaments from our parents! Now all we need is a tree topper :)

We also had the chance to make peanut butter balls again this year. We made them on the morning of the 23rd and spent the afternoon delivering them to our friends here in the burg. This year we had to make a lot more than last year. YAY for more friends!

After visiting friends and delivering presents our plan was to go get all dressed up and go 20 minutes down the road to Staunton for a nice dinner. But, we got hungry and eager to open presents so we decided to keep it casual and walk to dinner at a great Italian restaurant close to our house. The food was amazing and we had an excellent bottle of white wine from a local vineyard, Cross Keys.

This year our presents to each other were a hit!

My toms that I have been asking for since before Christmas last year (haha) came in the mail 20 minutes before we started opening presents! Talk about great timing...can you tell how excited I was?

Luke also got an ASU hooded sweatshirt. I thought everyone in life had at least 3 favorite hooded sweatshirts, but Luke lost his in college and never got a replacement. I also got him a CD from one of our favorite bands, the Avett Brothers. We have a lot of their music, but Luke was excited to have a live album from a concert they had in Charlotte.

I was so happy to be spending the holidays with my favorite man:

I cannot wait for our next Christmas together! Its my fave :)
